Chain Saw Mill You might think that when you have a high spec bandsaw that why would you need to go chainsaw milling? A good question but every machine has its limitation and although the Bandsaw is a fantastic tool it still needs help from its friends! If you would like to see more pictures of the different mills in action click on the link to the gallery. Some of the factors that decide on which mill to use are the diameter, width of cut , type of cut of finished product , access to the timber and type of cut. Here is a selection of the kit I use and the typical applications.
